Fern at the Falls
Colinton Dell, Edinburgh. This frond of bracken is never still, wafting in the soft breeze generated by the water tumbling down the weir. The Dell is an oasis of calm in the city, with the Water of Leith tumbling through, and pathways through all the nooks and crannies of the woodland.
